Return Process

  Ensure diapers are unwashed and in original packaging, then securely pack your items and attach the prepaid shipping label provided via email.

  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; please keep your tracking receipt until your refund has been processed.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items for quality compliance, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
